Week Four: How Will You Measure Your Life?
Reflection on
This week I had a hard time pondering and following the steps to create core values. I had a rough time finding a place to meditate. The instructions were: find holy ground then ponder. But, finding this holy ground proved to be challenging.
I finally had my moment of clarity one night while I was watering the garden. I realized that many sacred and important things have happened in a garden. Once I thought of the Garden of Eden, Gethsemane, and The Sacred Grove, I was able to connect with everyone involved in those stories. Adam and Eve bore children, which eventually led to me. Christ paid the price of all of our sins. He did this because it was part of Heavenly Father's plan and that we would need an advocate.
This Week
This week, I enjoyed the many videos. I think I enjoy them a lot more because I am a visual person. So, when I see someone telling their success stories, it gives me the itch to continue in my entrepreneur business. When I watched the video that states: "Do what you love." I stopped dead in my tracks. I paused the video and took a moment to ponder if I was doing that. I am happy to report that I am doing what I love.
The next thing I enjoyed this week was the video by Sharon Mays. Her entrepreneurial spirit is captivating. I was 100% focused on what she had to say. I think it is beautiful to support other moms and women who create their own business from scratch. Sure, many moms do MLMs, but conceptualizing an actual plan from zero to everything is fantastic!
Next week, we learn about skills and whether they are learned or luck. I think it should be a fun week!
